Transparency
We understand that the decision to receive a permanent cosmetic procedure is not made lightheartedly, therefore, we take your appointment seriously. Transparency between what we can achieve and your expectations will discussed thoroughly with you before we proceed with the procedure.

Payment
We require a $100 non-refundable booking fee at the time you book your appointment with us. The full balance will be collected on the day of your appointment, prior to your procedure. Cash, Credit/Debit cards are the only acceptable means of payment.

Refunds
All payments are final. Refunds will not be considered for any reason.

Scheduling
All scheduling is completed by you on my booking link or by emailing me for an appointment at maikong@powdrmpls.com.

Rescheduling
All rescheduling must be made 72 hours or more, before your appointment.
Any changes to your appointment less than a 72 hour notice will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit and future appointments will require another deposit.

Clients may reschedule 1 time at no additional cost. Any rescheduling after the first time will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations
All cancellations without rescheduling will result in the loss of client's non-refundable deposit.
Appointments can not be rescheduled further out than 8 weeks.

No Shows
Clients who do not show up to their appointment will lose their deposit and will not be allowed to rebook unless the service is fully pre-paid.
Clients who NO SHOW for the touch up appointment will not be allowed to rebook.

6-8 Week Touch Up Appointments
Touch up appointments must be made within 10 weeks of the initial appointment. Anything outside of this window is considered a new service and will require a full service payment.

Guests and Children
Guests, spouses, and children are not allowed at the appointment, no exceptions. Our studio does not have the space for additional guests.

Arriving Late
POWDR Permanent Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to cancel appointments with clients arriving 15 minutes late and will result in the loss of the booking fee.

POWDR Permanent Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to cancel or decline clients at it's discretion.

You may not be a candidate for a permanent cosmetic procedures if you have the following conditions:

• Pregnant/nursing
• History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
• Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
• Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
• Take blood thinners
• Viral infections and/or diseases
• Epilepsy
• Pacemaker or major heart problems
• Organ transplant
​• Rosacea
• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn/heavily tanned skin, acne, etc.)
• Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
• Accutane in the past year
• Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
• Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing
